No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date and does not cancel the booking in advance, no refund of the advance payment will be provided. The booking will be automatically cancelled after the first night.
Early Check-Out
If a guest leaves the hotel earlier than the planned check-out date, no refund will be provided for any unused nights.
Hotel-Initiated Cancellation
If the hotel cancels a confirmed booking, a full refund of the advance amount will be issued, or alternate accommodation will be arranged for the guest.
